Our Story: Family, Tradition, & Authentic Flavor

Rosy Menudo began in Ameca, Jalisco, Mexico in 1990 with a passion for bringing families together through delicious homemade food. Over the years, Rosy Menudo grew to serve customers at multiple locations throughout Mexico, becoming known for its traditional Menudo and welcoming atmosphere.

Today our family is proud to continue that tradition in northern Nevada. We prepare our food using family recipes fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. We grew up enjoying. Every dish is made with the same care and dedication that started our family’s journey more than 30 years ago.
